Lower Sioux Housing Mission Statement

“The Mission of the Lower Sioux Tribe is to provide decent and affordable housing activities for the members of the Lower Sioux Indian Community.”

Lower Sioux Indian Community Housing Authority and Realty Offices, offer programs designed to address the Housing and Land needs of the Cans’ayapi Oyate. Tribal members, who reside within the 10 mile Tribal Service Area, may apply for services to assist in the acquisition of decent, safe and sanitary dwelling accommodations.

Housing and Realty Staff are committed to providing and enhancing tribal programs designed “To safeguard and promote the peace, safety, morals, and general welfare of the Community…”
